Jim Brotherton

CEO / President

Jim’s experience in underground utility installation began over 30 years ago as a laborer to operator, welder, foreman, and superintendent over several crews. He has extensive knowledge of environmental issues which are essential in many of the contract areas Brotherton Pipeline operates in. Jim’s duties include all major decision-making, supervision of large bid jobs, purchasing and maintenance of company equipment, and monitoring all financial and administration matters throughout Brotherton Pipeline, Inc.

Peter Anhorn

General Manager / VP

Peter has been working at Brotherton Pipeline, Inc. since 2006. Prior to working for BPL, he was employed with Avista Utilities for 10 years. During that time, he obtained a broad knowledge in the gas construction industry from designing natural gas distribution services and mains to the project management of large pipeline installations. Currently, Peter’s duties include the administration and financial supervision to help streamline efficiencies throughout Brotherton.

Mike Cantrell

Superintendent

Mike has been employed with Sage Pipeline and Brotherton Pipeline, Inc. since 1977 and has worked various locations throughout the Northwest on gas lines and other projects. Mike began as a laborer and has worked as a welder, operator, foreman, and superintendent. Mike has always believed that safety is the number one priority as well as creating as little environmental impact as possible.

John Kelly

Pipeline & Auger Bore Superintendent

John has been with Brotherton Pipeline, Inc. since 1986, having started and has worked as a laborer, semi-truck driver, and operator. He has extensive experience in horizontal and directional boring and has completed projects in Oregon, California, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. John currently oversees all auger boring and pipe extraction operations.

Matthew Brotherton

Directional Drill Supervisor

Like his grandfather and father before him, Matt has been in the pipeline business since 1992. A qualified arc welder, Matt supervises most of Brotherton’s local and long distance directional drill bids, keeping his team safe and on schedule.

Israel Brotherton

Directional Drill Supervisor

Following in the footsteps of his grandfather and father, Israel has been working for BPL since 1992. Israel uses his past experiences as Safety Director to ensure that all his crews are following proper procedure in the field.

Travis Flowers

Environmental Health & Safety Manager

Travis’ knowledge of safety and construction practices, ensures Brotherton Pipeline that our training policies and procedures exceed best practices and compliance standards. Travis’ first priority is to ensure a safe work environment for our workers, our clients and the general public.
